We want you out on the course with our gear as soon as possible, so our dedicated fulfillment team works diligently to dispatch packages within 1-2 business days.
Upon placing your order, you'll receive an email containing tracking information after the initial 1-2 business day fulfillment period. If you do not receive an email, please be sure to check your junk/spam emails (especially if you have never received an email from Friday Grips before). Please be aware that once the carrier takes possession of the shipment, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays, or lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

At Friday Grips, we’re dedicated to customer satisfaction and client service, which is why we offer a 30 day, no-hassle satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, please review our return policy below:
- Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact at us at media@fridaygrips.com and we will provide instructions on how to return the item at our expense and arrange for a refund or replacement.
- Return Eligibility:
- All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date;
- Your item must be in the same condition you received it and unused;
- You’ll need to provide your order number.
- Return Process
- To start a return, please reach out to us at media@fridaygrips.com and include your order number and any additional details;
- If your return is accepted, we will notify you and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Return Completion
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved;
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it might take some time for your payment method to process your refund.
